  1. As much as I enjoyed this, I wish it was about the actual game instead. If it's just gonna be like this I think I'll spend my time otherwise. 45 minutes in and nothing about the game.

  2. Travis: I'm sure there's a shitty-smelling candles company.
    Taliesin: Specifically intentionally
Matt: Subsidiary of Bad Dragon. Bad Candle.
Taliesin: Yea- [realization dawns] OH WOW, Bad Candle.
the devil appearing on Tal's shoulder: >:)
    Taliesin: That's awesome!
the angel appearing on Tal's other shoulder: D:
    Taliesin: NO!
Travis, trying to save Taliesin from himself: NO. NO!
Taliesin to Matt: I hate you.
Travis: No! Don't you take it and run. Put it down. Drop it!
Liam, fully absorbing Taliesin's shoulder devil: You can homebrew anything, okay?!

  3. Just now watching this and I have to pause on the initial skyship conversation. They're talking about how much they love the skyship concept, and I would like to take it a step further. I love the concept (in a sci fi setting) of a flying ship that can space travel, as well as double as an underwater submarine for when you have to cloak in stealth. Maybe even use a cloaking device underwater similar to Solid Snake's cloaking device or klingon ships in star trek. End rambling….lol

  4. Aside from themes of the fey in C3, I was thinking the big theme is Identity in this one. By that I mean how much of one’s past is really needed to define their future. For example, Laudna is tightly linked to a horrific time in Whitestone history, but how much of that is really going to affect her in the end? Same with FCG and their recent reveal of maybe being ancient technology.

From some of the recap of C2 I’ve seen bc I just joined in C3, C2’s big theme seemed to be Morality: what does good, evil, chaos, and lawfulness REALLY look like on a day to day level, and how do you define it.

  5. So, something I didn't realize until I wanted to look up the movie and director Taliesin was talking about, Penelope Spheeris: she was also the director of the original Wayne's World movie.

  6. I'm sorry Brian W. Foster….. I hate that you aren't hosting and that I'm not strong enough to continue abstaining from this subpar version of the show, but I need my fix of content.

  7. I feel the "Terrified of deep water". I can barely even go underwater in a video game without anxiety issues. And yet, I love Mermaids and play a Sea Elf in D&D. At least they can breathe underwater. Makes things a little better.

  8. This'll likely get lost in the sea of comments, and it's a horrible way to date oneself, but…

Favorite fictional mode of transportation? Dragons. No, not the namby-pamby How to Train Your Dragon kites with scales, I'm talkin' the real deal here. I am referring to the jetpack-strapped, electro-mag saddled, racing at nearly 200 mph dragons of… Dragon Booster.

Look up the intro to that show if you are unfamiliar. Bask in the cheesiness, revel in the over-the-top delivery, revel in the fact that it's the antagonist doing the narrating for once. I'd pick one of those dragons as my transportation. At least I know those can pick me up when I fall off at top speed.
