  1. This mess has that greasy stooge Louis DeJoy's filthy hoof prints all over it. Amazing that this has been going on for weeks, yet no word from USPS about what's really going on.

  2. Why, in a world of mass shootings famously nicknamed after an incident with a postal employee ("going postal"), would they think it was a good idea to consolidate to one location? If anything goes wrong in that facility, all the mail in that region stops instead of just the mail in that localized area? When there was a mass shooting at FedEx a couple years ago, it delayed shipments across the country, but at least FedEx had other hubs that could process the packages. "Don't put all your eggs in one basket."

  3. It's awful and anybody with packages (and those who monitor their USPS informed delivery portal) know exactly what is going on. But it's not just the delays, its the mis-routing to far off destinations, sending mail and packages to the wrong in state post office locations, and the juggling of packages for days on end between the 4 main Atlanta sites. This 'upgrade' is like replacing a jet engine on an airplane while still in mid flight. A crash is bound to happen (and did). Sheesh!

  4. I mailed 2 packages 2 Georgia and both went thru Palmetto and both are delayed and or missing. 1 was mailed on March 1 priority mail. Still has not arrived on March 20. Tracking number says moving thru network. Whatever that means. I think Atlanta GA USPS might be having delays too.

  5. I've picked up and delivered there today. Things seem to be going alot better than before but they're still trying to catch up. There's tons of mail going through there everyday.

  6. Have an expensive package stuck in the palmetto facility. Really great that they decided to test this new facility at the cost of our money. The fact that they are not even communicating with anybody about it really irks me the most.
