Tesla cannot be responsible for stupidity by intoxicated people once they are behind the wheel
If your drunk then drive thats on you, not uber even a normal car she would have done the same thing
If the driver 'mistakenly' goes into reverse instead of forward, how could it be the car company's fault? Of course, this is possible, if the driver is in a 'drunken stupor' or 'under the influence of drugs', that is certainly possible (but in that case, the driver is not in a state fit to drive and should not have been driving, in the first place). 🤔
The year and model of her Tesla car had a proper gear stick not swiping a screen. She had a 2020 model X, they changed the gear selection to a screen input on the S and X in 2021.

Plot twist: because shes a billionaire, you have to wonder who will benefit from her death?
Whether it was driver error or a mechanical issue, there is no mention of brake failure. So no matter what direction you were going, why did she not brake?. It's the drivers first instinct in any situation!
There's no indication that the brakes were faulty. Fine, you put the car in reverse by accident, wouldn't you use the brakes to stop and put the car in drive?
