After 2 seasons and 16 total episodes, the Halo TV show finally did something genuinely cool and interesting. What in the world is going on and how will they ruin it next episode!??!?!
I just binged watched the whole show. I feel like they did a pretty good job with the content, they aren't trying too hard or forcing it to be overly epic. The actors/casting is great everyone plays their role quiet well. My only criticism is they spent too much time overly focused on the Spartans and it's a little cringe.
Everybody just needs to shut the fuck up and watch the damn show

1.Sorren story line ain't done, sorry. 2. Blessed one = Gesh/Gash. Its the reason the Prophet of Truth can keep a human pet around. And that Quan has the visions and knows what to do with the door and Star calendar. You are letting the love of you IP block the realization of the reality that Halo is to big to follow the game and the audiobooks 1:1. The writers have to get new people interested in the franchise as was as keep the people already invested. They have to dumb down, condense, and emotionally humanize this story. All that and I'm sure they don't have a big-cinema budget. Just enjoy what you can and stop letting it hurt you, believe me I feel your pain.
Why does every single elite use an energy sword in the show? It’s like having a toddler with no knowledge of Halo writing the enemies.
If the flood is introduced in the show, it will be for about 35 seconds during one episode. Then, they will focus on the 12 simultaneous pointless storylines.
My favorite characters are the US marines. Can someone get the green armored guy out of the show? Also, props to the writers for bringing on Srg. Avery Jhonson on so early all the way from S1E1, love that character, but where's captain Keys?!

I can understand why the showrunners don’t want chief to wear the armor too much. They want to save him wearing the armor for the best parts of action.
I mean this legitimately: I thought S2E7 was the best episode of the series. So much mystery, so much intrigue. This one really, genuinely felt like Halo – it's the kind of storytelling that makes you want to learn more and dive deeper. That's what the original games did for all of us.
Admit it the only reason you say this episode was "good" was because it brought up the flood….

In the books, there are these blessed ones. They're just not called that. They have a genetic imprint left by the librarian. I think it's actually pretty cool to see such low key but amazing piece of lore being used in the show.
Feels like everyone to do with this show have looked at valid fan criticism, laughed and then doubled down on what we hated about the show. You couldn't write it, Ha! Pun. But seriously, I'm genuinely gutted at how bad this show has been and I really wanted it to fly.

Well to forget about this amalgam that is the Halo tv show. Some news for you, Gashnor has released Cursed Halo Reach… prepare yourself for this twisted iteration of Reach if you decide to experience it. I played it and it did not disappoint

I find myself saying O.N.I these days cuz of this show 😂. After all the disappointment the other episodes gave, this was one made me excited to see a next season. This episode will sell the show, everyone’s story line became better and the flood teaser was perfect for tv. The fact they put a forerunner body there in the lab made me pretty hype, and the fact they stated the DNA was found years ago was awesome. I wish they put the details into the elite’s armor as they did the spartan two and threes. When halo came out years ago(being a kid) and I finally saw the Spartan III’s helmet. I thought wow what a difference form the II’s.To see the show portray the spartan III’s armor in such a good way, it is disappointing the same people let the elite armor look that ugly with the fact that they have an easy task with the Elites being Computer Graphics. I hope we get to see great graphics with the flood. For what we have so far my child hood has satisfied with the show, I’m 35 now and this episode really pulled me back to knowing halo has been one of my favorite lores of all time. Since the day they released the game I always wanted to see the story in a cinematic way. I hated the fact that they took him out of his armor for so long, but now I appreciate seeing it draws the question are they Spartans because of the armor or who they are but they are special Because they are the same as the armor. Which is why they should have done more with the brother and his armor and with all the elites. Instead of that story with “the blessed one”, it could have been more on the Elite’s side, The Arbiters armor was Significant to his title. Well that’s how I would have done it with they want to talk so much about faith, the story with Spartan III Perez should of been the only kind love story we should of got out of this show. Him being with a human on the other side, doing Romeo and Juliet is not that creative to me. They should have stuck with all of humanity being reclaimers and kept the faith stuff just to the struggles within the alien faction since it all about their great journey, for the humans faith they are the reclaimers why make it just. The story is already there but they took the easy route because TV writers suck at making new ideas.
