I don't think you understand what Felix and Iris meant. They want a fully realised plan of a way out BEFORE going inside. Becouse if they get inside NOW there might not be a way out without someone on the OUTSIDE. It very well could be that once Leo,Hope,Iris and Felix are inside they do something that would get them arrested and any hope of a break out without outside help is gone. Which is why it's important to have a plan of escape BEFORE going inside to avoid such a thing. Becouse if they all go in then who is left outside? Will who has to hide his identity and Elton and Percy who are of no use to the CRM. No leverege. While if we leave behind for example Felix then he can bargain becouse they can't kill him on sight which opens up more possibilities
