And the plants are SOOTHING when placed on an open wound, etc. Aloe Vera gel on the leaf eill rid fever blisters and cold sores, forever because I was super suseptible to them. The side of my face would swell up. A co worker gave me the Aloe Vera leaf and told me topit it on the blister. HOW SOOTHING and that was basically the end of my getting blisters. Maybe one in ten years but I always have the Aloe Vera plant. Addicts using tranq break out in open wounds. The Aloe Vera placed on those wounds draws the fever out. The leaf actually gets warm!!! A friend came over and showed me and I insisted skin taping the Aloe Vera leaf with gel. A few minutes later and the plant was warm from drawing out the fever. Who knew??!

India has had Ayurveda for centuries which relies on medicinal herbs to treat ailments and chronic diseases. Even neural surgery was done millennia before with the herbs including anaesthetic herbs. Many documents are taken away out of India during colonial era, unfortunately.
