The Virus gets even stronger, we need firepower! – 7 Days to Die (Ep.5)

  1. Love the series so far! I can only watch little bit of episodes over a few days. Do you think it would be possible to show the "forecast for the day" at the bottom corner of the screen ?

  2. The scaffolding ladder is the best building block in the game. They definitely can not crawl through it and even better is that the cops cant puke through them either but you can throw throwables through them.

  3. Hey. How can you craft those farm plots while you have no materials in your inventory? Does those boxes "connect" to working station without needing materials in your inventory?

  4. Why do I love watching this channel so much. I think the blocks that prevent them from getting on each other's shoulders was causing them to go to all fours and squeeze through more frequently! Either way, at this time scaffolding is just too good to skip over still. Good stuff.

  5. Seeing you take a full antibiotic for 2% infection made me cry in Glock9

Ps I was laughing my ass off seeing how many G9 comments were posted when I went down to see if anyone already said this LOL

  7. Should you use awesome sauce or sugar butts? Short answer is that you need to sell and/or buy more than 7500 at regular price for the sauce and more than 3000 for the butts.

Long answer: it's justified if the combined "barter bonus" amount of what you sell and what you buy is more than what you bought the bartering item for. In the case of the Awesome Sauce, your barter bonus needs to add up to more than 1500. Since the sauce gives you a 20% bonus, in order to hit that amount you need to ensure that the items you sell and/or buy is more than 7500 dukes . In the case of sugar butts, that amount is 3000 (cost 300 w/ a bonus of 10%). If you use both, I think the math gets a little more cloudy because I don't think it's as simple as adding the two together (10500) since the bonus amounts are different. However, I'm not a mathematician, so I could be wrong on that detail.

  8. The awesome sauce and sugar butts was a more or less a neutral value for reducing the price of the gun, but the additional value of whatever you sold should have made it a net positive.

  9. I'm pretty sure you have said it before, but please, what mods are you using for the storage stuff? I'd love to be able to just hit one button and put everything away and craft without pulling it all out

  10. I'm not sure if that's your intention, but the sloped blocks above the pathway seem to be forcing the zeds to jump-crouch and land on your bars, then force themselves through the round shapes. Even with the scaffolding bars there, when they're crouched they seem to have more of a reach to swing at you. Maybe it'll work better with the doubled scaffolding bars, like you mentioned, so they don't just land on the tiny lip there. Either way, this base is shaping up to be one of your best, can't wait to see how it holds up to stronger hordes. Love your work Tem, keep it up. 😁

  11. Your new beams at the fighting positions are causing zombies to crouch when they are on top of each other. That is what is putting them into the perfect position to climb through.

  12. That ONE Zombie, I call him Ronald, for obvious reasons. Yes after the Bug hit, spreading thru towns and cities, McDonalds was having a 150th Anniversary and had Ronald McDonald at all their stores and a Look a like contest being held at all the Convention centers.. Poor Bastards…. Died in their clown suits..

  13. You probably know this already Tem but the zombies are breaking the middle rung ladder often because they are getting hung up behind it. Will probably improve once you manage to take off that open garage door and place a full block right behind the ladder~

Also, just a thought for something you can try in future perhaps. But how bout a totally no melee run? So you can only rely on range weapons and such to kill the zombies~ It probably won't make too much of a difference in the late game but it will probably make the early and perhaps mid-game slightly more challenging~

  14. im curious if GNS records his voice while playing or does he do the commentary later in post and just plays in silent?
at points I think he is talking during his gameplay but then at times it just seems he is narrating his gameplay.

  15. I have been noticing the patching has been different as of late. Maybe a hidden UI update? Or players have implemented a mod with unforeseen impressions. I can't see anything that shows upscaling. Maybe you can see Tem. Or maybe I'm just going crazy.

  16. I think the little wood roof ramp you made is forcing them into crawl mode. I noticed when the zombies stacked up, they tried to move upwards, then began crawling and went through the hole.
