  1. I'm honestly surprised there hasn't been a game that took place in Courscant from a POV of a clone or civilian solder. Seeing all that chaos occurring and surviving with a rag tag team and lack of equipment. Almost like Halo ODST in a way.

  2. It’s mind boggling how we’ve never seen such an amazing and extensive cinematic space battle like this on the big screen since this film came out all the way back in 2005.
Why can’t we have amazing cinematic space battles like this in our big blockbuster films!?!!?!? 🥺

  3. I think this was over the top attack that was a mistake on the CIS's part. They should have opted for a stealth abduction of Palpatine or surgical strike of sorts vs this over dramatic attack. Of course I know the real purpose was to push Anakin deeper into the dark side but still from strategic PoV this was a mistake. Besides if your gonna launch attack like that you should go all out. Don't commit a 6th of your fleet. Commit half of it and enough supplies to invade ten Coruscant's. Don't prepare for a week of fighting. Prepare for a month of fighting. Then on top that have some secret capital ship killers up your sleeve or two to use at the last moment.

  4. I’m only at the start of the video but yeah the republic would have lost the war. The fact that so many ships were able to be discreetly transferred and hidden is insanity.

  5. Also is there any media showing what the Jedi thought of the secret reinforcements that arrived at this battle? Didn’t the chancellor have hundreds of star destroyers show up from out of nowhere?

What did the troops who made up this secret fleet know about their purpose and assignment?

  6. The plan that led to the Battle of Coruscant according to Darth Sidious has one flaw in my view. How can he know that the communication system on Coruscant will be restored in time? After all, General Grievous and the Separatists fleet will not stayed forever. They will leave immediately once they have the Chancellor in their custody. And if that happened, that means his plan failed and the search for him is going to allow the Separatists to regain the momentum in the Outer Rim Sieges.

  7. I hope we get to see more depictions of the Battle of Coruscant. There is an enormous space to tell stories from the buildup to the siege, to the opening moves of the battle, to the exhausted struggle before the conclusion. You could set an entire season of a show in the Battle before Kenobi and Skywalker arrive, from the clearing of the mass-shadow mines to the foiling of the Separatist jamming to the failed attempts to rescue the Chancellor.

  8. I’m guessing the new ships are Praetor, Imperator, Victory 2 and Mandator class Star Destroyers (just saying what I know from the Fall of the Republic mod lol)

  9. Despite all the weapons, ships and other militaristic structures of the Clone Wars, the one true ultimate weapon throughout the conflict’s duration was fear. Its range had no limits, its area of effect was limitless, its trigger was invisible, and only the Dark Lord of the Sith knew how to point and shoot it the way he did, but more than that, it not only had the power to destroy societies, but also corrupt Republics, and make its peoples embrace Empires and its imperialistic crushing dominating power with the mask of a saving grace.
