Some vats take bit time to adjust,mine took a week hiding.so I had to make sure water was in each room as we would only come out in the night.but after a week he just suddenly came out of his hiding spot

Just some advice : dont not feed cats milk. it messes with their stomach. most cats are lactose intolerent so might give him health issues.
