This coverage is fantastic, especially considering the echoing silence from 'mainstream' media. I look forward to the day when this channel stops trying to argue that voters should 'strategically support' the 'lesser of two evils'. The conversation needs to stop being 'this is terrible, but acceptable' or 'this is terrible, but the ONLY hypothetical alternative is worse'. We need to say 'this is terrible, AND unacceptable'. Instead of starting with the conclusion that 'Nothing can be done', we need to start asking, 'What can be done?' 'How can accountability be achieved?'

I can only imagine the treatment. . . . . I was obligated to wait inside a bare room with no seating and security windows surrounding me, as I helped take a fellow friend to the local Israeli consulate. My friend was an Israeli national, se he got in without a problem. And, me being the American, I was treated with the warmest reception and utmost respect; so much that I never saw a face – just cameras and an intercom directing me where I should wait for my friend to come out. Standing. My tax dollars at work!
