It’s sad that first amendment training is used as a punishment for this department. It should be mandatory and require a pass before the officer can interact with anyone in the public. Honestly it should be passed before they are allowed to swear an oath to it.
My only issue, is that at the end it feels like you were upset about someone voicing their opinion. Like they still reported, they just said their take on the issue. Yanno, we really don't click on the video to get told we have a bad opinion. Whoever called that in literally just practiced their first amendment right. Report – caller said that just training is required not discipline.
Your understanding of public areas is superficial. These are nonpublic forums that can restrict filming inside their buildings. And, 'tyrant'? If you think this officer went tyrant on you, you've lived an incredibly soft life.
