Bummer, I know things are very expensive right now and body shops are very busy with cars they can't complete because of the lack of parts because of C-19 supply issues.
I'm pretty sure that the insurance company will total that car since that body panel and floor panel can only be fixed by replacement Honda parts that are probably hard to get these days.
Anyway, good luck maybe they will fix it, you never know these weird days.

As far as going through the other party's insurance, wouldn't Turo be doing that on their end anyway? I doubt they'd just pay out the claim without seeking reimbursement from the at-fault party's insurance.
