Livestream: Watch Intuitive Machines’ Odysseus moon landing

Houston-based company Intuitive Machines’ lunar lander, nicknamed Odysseus, attempts landing on the surface of the moon. A smooth touchdown would put the U.S. back in business on the moon for the first time since NASA astronauts closed out the Apollo program in 1972. The company, if successful, would become the first private outfit to ace a moon landing. #moonlanding #odysseus #intuitivemachines #nasa #IM1 #space #live #livestream

  1. 😮 I don't know whats more ridiculous…all the people there in their certain "space mission suits", or the fact, that they obviously found it not necessary to broadcast this with live 4K footage…

  2. They were supposed to eject a camera known as Eagle Cam that recorded the landing in 3rd person but this was not deployed because of software issues. Hopefully they will get that worked out and deploy the camera because I agree visual simulations of the landing and/or watching a bunch of people staring into computer screens at mission control can't replace live images sent from the Moon.

  3. congratulations to all actors involved in this comedy show. First class acting, almost had me. I think they should have used the Styrofoam moon rocks used in the 60s to add more realisim

  4. Nice that they landed! well done! But…..whyyyy go for some fixed 50 year old feet design? Putting a tall bucket on it, and then lunar-fashionably fall.🤣🤣🤣
Better ask Boston Dynamics to make a proper 2024 landing gear! They are experts at falling.
Dont try to invent the wheel guys!☸

  5. NASA hereby proves that there was not a single Apollo mission. Because if it was broadcast live in 1969 and only animations are running today in 2024, then that is the best proof that everything back then was a hoax.
