A Sacramento mother has many questions, trying to deal with the loss of her son. Sacramento police are still searching for the person who shot and killed Keijon Marquis Cousins Starkes, 26, early Saturday morning in Natomas. The murder happened around 2:45 am at Edmonton Drive and Northstead Drive near two schools. His mother, Tasha Cousins, spoke exclusively with KCRA 3’s Michelle Bandur about his love for music, his son and family.
