2:51 It certainly doesn't help that the Adeptus Administratum, while designed by Malcador and further perfected by my Lord Guilliman, was NOT designed to run for 10,000 years straight with no update to the organizational structure or restructure of any kind. It was expecially not designed to run with 10,000 years of bad maintenance and poor management by brain-dead bureaucrats too prideful about their desk-job to admit when they fuck up.
So for this homebrew, I based their culture loosely on Coptic Christianity to keep the Egyptian theme going
Man I love good hombrew. I would love it you reacted to more of these videos.
Ignatius was the idea of my co writer on this homebrew
star owls and iron crows are two other homebrews I am working on. The iron crows are actual iron hands successors
If it interests you guys I have actually started to create my own space marine chapter I called them the aerial marines and as you can guess Brother name they are a entire marine chapter of paratroopers essentially think of them like the 212 battalion in clone wars jet packs and all and their armour is designed to be very aerodynamic but as a result of them being paratroopers their armour is only half as thicc as the current pattern of space marine armour but as a result they have a lot more equipment and their boltrs are mix of a carbine and stalker Bolter
The Coptic influence is a pretty interesting twist and I think a legitimately interesting one I'm glad the community is coming up with cool ideas
Brother Ignatius: When all hope is lost, undo this lock…and send me forth…on a moonlit walk…
Hope he watches the Emperor’s Liberators homebrew.
If you’re looking for interesting homebrew chapters, than may I recommend the GrimDark Narrator’s videos on The Grey Hounds and Star Golems. Both are my top favourite homebrews, and have interesting deviations from their founding chapters.
It's great to see more homebrew of the week reactions.
When they called humans an infestation reminded me of Mr. Popo from DBZA because that is what you call a group of humans. Nice… 😆
I tried to use Greek and Coptic Egyptian names as much as possible here
A reminder that the heralds of guilliman is another homebrew of mine that you reacted to Old Man. They are loyalist word bearers
Legend says Brother Ignatius once beat a druhkari archon so hard that Slaanesh let him keep the soul.
