The ONLY thing I think ‘pee’ can relate to is ‘golden shower’, which could be a reference to the potential coin-mon or even Pay Day. Maybe the chest evolution relates to a unique item like the Odd Keystone, a locked chest that you carry and can only be opened once you’ve located all the Klefkis or used Pay Day enough? Or even both.

Like she was secretly the last gym leader and she was tricking you the whole time, or she was actually part of the evil team or some kind of bad group or she’s some kind of villain. Since she seems like a nobody she actually is really powerful when no one would have ever thought it.
Maybe, similar to your idea of the optional boss, the third legendary is some sort of time demon that was the region’s punishment for the professors messing with time, and then you have to find the keys to let it out and vanquish it or something. Maybe after defeating it it becomes some sort of purified form like a butterfly time anomaly or something.
for the klefki coin thing, in ancient chinese cultures people used to put gold coins with holes in them onto a string to hold them, kinda like how klefki holds keys, so maybe it's regional evolution or form replaces the keys with coins?
Ok so my thoughts are as follows…… key: 108 is referring to the odd keystone with Spiritomb, key: cell refers to Zygarde using cells to transform into its perfect and ultimate form, and key: gen 6 just leads to the Mega Key Stone. So I think it means Megas (or something similar) will be featured. Not sure where key: pee fits into it though
