  1. game is ok but i think it needs a fair bit of work, after 8h i dont really feel interested in continuing. just looks like it will be more of the same with little variation in runs.

  2. This looks awesome – but I also feel like it’s really not balanced. It just seems like you are constantly being squeezed up against rock by the enemies. I didn’t see a lot of special movement abilities to help the pacing and make it feel more strategic.

  3. 43:55 Complains about not finding any red sugar and grabs level-up healing to compensate, game precedes to give you a bunch of red sugar now that you don't need it xD

I love weird interactions like these in rogue-likes. Makes me feel like the game's ai has a sense of humor xD

  4. It would be cool to have this kinda progression on DRG BUT, Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core is in development and is a rogue like FPS, so probably will have something similar.

Also, about the upgrades being "base stats" and "%", the selling point are the overclocks, they change the aspects of the guns and gameplay, it makes for different playthroughs and play styles so you just need to unlock them. 😀

  5. i mean, ghost ship games are currently working on deep rock galactic: rogue core which is a rougelike take on deeprock galactic (to your comment of wishing drg had "this level of progression system")
