I feel like yusuke’s spirit gun should hit grounded but that’s just me also shotgun shouldn’t has so much windup because it severely holds the move back
All i think they need to do is let the barrage be a B-side to spirit cuffes, make it so i dont need to waste a cool thing to get a combo extender.

Slightly buff awakening evasive gain (for the enemy) so it would be balanced. AND PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN AN EXTENDER IN HIS BASE. and he would be an overall good character

1. e+2 should not debuff you to where you have no move
2. Be able to use the 4 in mode twice if you use somewhat early into mode
3. Repeatedly using demon gun should barely take any mode. We talking about 3 to 5 % tops
Ngl I think that spirit shotgun should be faster and combo extend
spirit punch should hit grounded
spirt blitz should be a separate move with cuffs
spirit wave being an attacking move
he's not overpowered, he's lore accurate, just like release ippo
Infer you can also confirm a full charged demon gun with Saitama assist, which leads to a tod without the limit burst, you do need a wall tho

3 + 3 + 2(E) + m1 into wall + 2 + m2 + m1 + m2 <— free 30%+ damage, use to clutch (this is with early 3, i think it can do 50% if you hold it longer and use limit burst. Also if you want free combo start just use Adam assist)
I like the fact that this character is gimmicky rather than just 8 trillion damage skills.

I didn't try him out yet but i can see a optimal route to be m1 send em into a wall shotgun m1 do the uptilt tech then m1 wall splat with punch and by that time they prob gonna evasive (u can use blitz as well somewhere in the combo but for this scenario hes pre-cuffs)
