We’ve had quite a few PvP Maps in the past. Many of the maps from Destiny 1 have yet to make an appearance in Destiny 2. So we decided to explore the secret lore surrounding each of these Maps weaving each location into the broader story of Destiny the Game.

  1. The other important part of the crucible is that it means large teams of combat-ready guardians are active and operating all around the system. Imagine you're a group of invaders thinking you've found a vulnerable point in humanity's defenses, but accidentally end up interrupting a massive fight going on between 12 guardians.

  2. Bastion was rad!!

This video just refreshed/activated all these memories of playing these maps like crazy back in D1 days.

Funnily, it’s also reminded me that I used to ENJOY Destiny PVP. I must have because I now recall playing, exclusively, D1 PVP alottttt.

I don’t think I’ve played D2 PVP since the final IB of SOTL and I know I’ve never sat down to play D2 because I wanted to play PVP.

Weird, I wonder why D2 PVP is unappealing to me but D1 PVP was my jam.

  3. so many heros.. i think i respect the rusted lands for their fight against the first hive on earth, and the legend of Dredgen Yor and Shin Malphur. got any Destiny heroes you like?

  4. I loved doing Inferno On large maps for hide and seek in private matches. I miss that mode but No-Hud Works, its just the large maps had tons of hiding places. First Light was where my raid team took a break from kings fall and did a rather fun hide and seek match, where it devolved into ramming with sparrows.

  5. Breh how are you gonna tell us about multiple editors plural when the moment a somewhat uncommon word like "comandeer" comes up you horribly butcher it?

  6. I don’t play a lot of crucible but I know asylum was my favorite map. First rumble win, alot of skirmish wins, knew every angle to throw a lightning nade from so it’s hit box would cover most of a room and spawn points based on where enemies died and where I and other enemies were.

  7. I appreciate that Aztecross (I'd say Aztec but I've been told you don't like that) doesn't even remotely clickbait their videos- most of the time. It's about the history, and as such the title says that. It doesn't say "You won't BELIEVE what the Cabal DID!"

  8. The drifter is such a perfect map, trials was so fun on it too. And I love how when you killed someone their body and weapon would just slowly float away, also listening to the loading screen song and the little mechanical sounds during the match was so dope. I miss d1

  9. No show please! The story is utter crap as it is and is defined by creativity, but the fact that they can introduce anything outside of what Is known (same enemies much?)

  10. Shaxx is such a badass, him and Saint are everything a titan should be, it'd be awesome if we got a mode at some point like an endless mode where we fight with Shaxx at twilight gap or Saint at six fronts
