in this video we swap out the track on our buddy D-Rons F1000! we’ve never done this before on a sled with Diamond drive so it’s a learning curve for both of us lol. Those twin spar chassis are not the prettiest. I had a 2009 Z1 Turbo that lost a secondary. After I found out they didn't make them anymore and there was 1 new one in the country for a small fortune, I decided to sell it after I found a used one to replace it. I think replacement parts will be their long-term Achilles heal. I heard you can't get anything new for the DD anymore.

Stud spun out, thats normal when you use a rattle gun to loosen nuts and bolts instead of a wrench. Rattle guns are ok but they will always spin out a stud when you cant get or it's very hard to get anything on the back.
If you are not keeping the track to put on another machine, just cut it instead of fighting to get it off, save the fight to get the new one on
Artic Cat 1000 @ 72mph, not very good. Big heavy machine . My brothers 81 340 Enticer deluxe does 70 all week long.
