WARNING: DISTRESSING CONTENT. A vehicle drove off a Virginia Beach fishing pier and plunged into the Atlantic Ocean on Jan. 27, with the stunning moment caught on camera — and officials had yet to recover the car more than 24 hours later.
Authorities said they don’t know who or how many occupants were inside the car when it went into the water.

I watched this video over and over and as the brake pedal is depressed the vehicle never slowed down even though the lights showed brakes being depressed I’m wondering if the brakes itself actually gave out…..as a mechanic I’ve seen it before because I once needed to bring in a vehicle to service the brakes and I could not stop and ran into the building, maybe this man was trying to stop the car and this is what happened think about why is the brake lights going off so much if this person wanted to commit suicide he would not be trying to stop. This is only my opinion but I am wondering if this is the case.
