Volzerk is another example of a game that in theory, checks off a lot of boxes, but misses the mark in many aspects. it’s a shame too, becuase like other games we’ve covered on the channel, it had a lot of potential.

Volzerk was a really fun solo game to play, but quite grindy ={
Loved the characters and monsters designs and story TwT
Oh man I felt like the writing was on the wall after i played when at launched.
It checked the NFT box, and no matter how much they want to backtrack, anything based on crypto will have bad gameplay, because that wasn't the focus at all.
The mons in this game were great, it just got boring from being too repetitive.. wasn't keen on the anime knights in armor characters either tbh, would prefer a more modern style and look to character customization, makes me feel more engaged with the character I use
Shutting down the same month as ChimeraLand US.
Also, someone PLEASE make an action RPG mon-tamer where you can actually play as the monsters.
