he missed all the loot moving too fast to other side of the map guns ammo respawn in safe
Hit bushes with the axe to get berries. Also, first village has a flashlight in it.
Be careful with the number pad Kage because when, you come upon a tameable animal you use the number pad
Try using the flashlight because they made them for recording
I found three in the first farm houses
Use the axe on the bushes, tons of fiber and berries.
Potatoes cooking into charcoal, eat them raw.
* Q Key * for glider when falling.
Hey Kage, good area pick. Was my first season second location. You'll be nearer the sulfur and military base, along with the castle. Mine that middle mining camp for your glorious metal.
Don't get frustrated. Slow down and place those first foundations of your main build with the intent of working with the map and building dynamics.
I hope you enjoy your stay, check out the prison area and most of the dark side of the map is lifeless, go check for easy gathering.

Check cars each door has goodies. If you destroy your builds you do not get anything back. Rubbish is very important
Kage,to go to island you hitch a ride with boat captains. There’s more then one and they take you to different locations. Just jump on boat and they leave
The pick up don't work for me
You missed a dog you could tame in red barn
Another small food source is berries. If you hit certain bushes you will get blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. I believe the blackberries can spoil so be careful with those. Also when looting buildings watch out for spiders. Love this. 2 of my favorite things, looting and crafting. Thank you for this video.
I have like ,50 guns ammo and everything the loot in the safe respawns

Just to clue you in Kage, castles exist in real life, especially in Europe. They didn't simply disappear when years beginning with a 2 showed up. Not a lot of new ones showing up, but the old ones didn't evaporate.
DEV! for the love of God, stop all the random movement, who tf adds head bob to squatting by the fire. Just stop, ugh.
And also I'll be glad when you get it balanced. Those foundations take way too much to build. Slowing building down or turning it into a grind is certain death for a game like this.
You know Kage, I think that's why I never play the forest even tho I have it. The grinding for a bazillion logs and dragging them on a sled etc etc etc is just not fun for me.

Another good video of this game. I need to see a bit more, before I decide wither or not I buy it.
Bears are still easy enough to kill even with a crossbow. Just shoot, reload while moving away walking backwards from the bear, shoot and reload until it drops. You'll be able to take a hit or two without dying and the red medpacks will heal you up nicely. If you loot every box and container and house, you'll find more medpacks than you'll have use for. 🙂 (Note: I'd always switch to 3rd person for shooting even when playing in 1st person – it's easier to aim that way.)
Oh, and as for the castle – game's probably set somewhere in Europe cos castles aren't really an uncommon sight here. 😉
you'll find everything you need in the fishing village to the north, also you can use the ferry system to get around.
While yo are building be aware of materials you have since you may use more than actualy needed – I lost many nails becose of the bug
You can only cook meat type items and water other like mooshrums fruits or wegetables are burnt

If you turn sideways while u run it does not use stamina
You know, Kage, you laugh about making a game look better by playing it on low settings and then turning it back up, but I've played games ,*ahem*Conan Exiles*ahem* where my PS4 had some issues at times and the game would render in potato mode (extremely low settings), but as soon as resources freed up and the processing caught up with the gameplay, everything looked great. Sometimes we don't have a choice but to have the the settings turned down and then back up.
I am not playing this game, but I really like what I see from the YouTube videos I've watched. That alternate hotkeys setup on the right is awesome.

can you drive cars or any vehicles in this game?
Kage, if you hit right or left while running so you run at a diagonal, your stamina will go up and you will never run out.
I just bought and downloaded this game after watching your video.
This might be a stupid question, but I've always wondered if it's possible to use one of the established houses or even the castle as a base. Anyone know?
I’m guessing the game is a combination of modern comtemporary age but in Europe some where there a still a few old castles around and abandoned
Castle might be Medevial and pre medevial structure, but it is purposful structure, main purpose for it is defence of settlement or household, second show off wealth of family or settlement, depends what is social structure, so it is totally sensible to build castles even modern era, they just need to be built on different materials to survive onslaugt on firearms and bombs.

yeah, a castle what do you expect from an inde game stitched from assets from UE4 store or any other asset stores.
