i think they added the santa so people would start looking before they shoot. i bet they gonna give you some other bad rep for killing the same faction as you are some day.

The inertia just feels like added input latency, I could be wrong but going from 12.11 to 12.12 everything takes just a tad longer to register, especially key presses for movement but, not limited to, I.E. even healing takes a bit longer to register, I haven't done the testing my self so I am not 100% but I think if they want inertia to feel real then they need a proper physics based engine implemented before hand. This is the only game with "inertia" that feels like this to me, at first trying 12.12 I thought my mouse and keyboard were running low on battery but, it turns out its just tarkovs form of inertia. I like the idea but it needs physics to feel right otherwise its like im playing with a 150 ping.
I’m not waiting 1 hr just to get into the Main menu just to wait another 25 min for a pmc raid and repeat that process over amd over again

I agree with all points. Mostly that freaking santa makes me want to pass on this wipe. Once he was shooting at me most likely because my friend hit him with grenade shrapnel just before death ( I tought I'm fighting PMC but it was Santa) in total I killed him 3 times. Now my rep is -1.5 I think. Got it a bit fixed with car extracts. Drops were bad and queues to the game were worse (I agree that I usually get more value from single scav raid than whole day of drops).

Are those really your only thoughts about 12.12? What about lighthouse? What about airdrops? Rogues? New scav AI? etc. etc.

I’ve had EOD since the game came out. And I will NEVER forgive BSG for taking my New Years gift away. What’s the point in spending 140 to support them all those years ago just for them to fuck me?

TBF, you shouldn't have to watch more than 3 hours, and that's stretching it. The moment I heard how long I had to watch I just gave up. And this wipe I just started playing, so even the smallest thing helps.
Love your content, as usual Pest. Does anyone else have an issue with the speed change when entering bushes? I get the fact that you can't run at full speed through brush and I support it. What I have a problem with is how the speed change is instant. Full speed to walk in one step. What ever happened to inertia? It makes the game feel unreal as heck.
I guess the A D thing you might have to slow your move speed down to be able to make smaller side steps. Bit annoying though.
7:30 I think the auction house item limit of 2 is there to help with their dumpster fire servers.
In one of the day of the drops I received every drop but when I got the legendary I was in game and it said received before I even opened it and I got absolutely nothing, I contacted tarkov support and they asked me If I had created a character after the wipe, like what do you meaaaannnnnn what kinda off support is this, they took a week to answer to give me the worst response they could
But Pestily I can craft the 60 round mags for those quests I don't have to find them in raid.
If you're in Australia you better not hack anyone with a MS-13 tag.. There have been incidents where they come after you in real life wtf..

The one thing I don't like about inertia is how long it takes for your stamina to start refilling after standing up from crouch
I might be the only one who feels this way but I got about 3 days into this wipe and just couldn’t make myself give a shit. I’ve done these same stupid quests so many fucking times I’ve just lost all desire to do it anymore and I have no desire to just go into random maps for PVP. I’ll be back when they start adding in that storyline…
Best wipe yet imo. I love the inertia, I can only play an hour a day or so and not everyday but sittin at lvl 13 whoo almost flea time. Three more horses and i got my docs case which got me super hyped! Best game out right now imo.

The A+D thing was way too indepth as a first pointer i think. That's not something i'd ever know/learn in gameplay on my own.
Mags in containers only affects end game hardcore grinders. Its end game gear fear. So i dont mind that. An extended magazine doesnt feel like a last minute pouch grab for survival.
Drops change: 1 large scav drops something at your hideout, as a gift from a "friend". whomever allowed you the drop. Should be tied more like Twitch does rewards like GTA $ redemptions. link accounts, redeem on twitch channel, get ingame after the watch time.
VOIP 12.12 details would have been a nice addition here. how voice carries over distance/cover.
Never accidentally killed santa but he did start shooting at me on woods and I killed him. No idea why he did, maybe a nade I threw somehow hit him or something

No one should feel obligated to do a 24 hour stream! Really hope that changes for real.

Too bad I was banned for nothing, hadn’t even killed a PMC yet so not even sure how I got reported. Level 3, 40$ gone. Contacted battleye and bsg with literally no response from either. Great update for sure.

Yea should have just waited with the gift. Lost all the loot besides the m80…. Cuz i didnt take ir. When did they put timers in system gifts? Its stupid and i dont understand whx they cant have me let my gift keep forever
